Kellie Adams

Senior Registered Psychologist (her/she)

An older woman with gray hair smiling, sitting in a room with a wooden shelf filled with decorative objects and plants behind her.

“I am a registered psychologist with over 15 years of experience in psychological practice. My professional experience spans the university sector, private practice, group practice, Relationships Australia, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) settings. Earlier in my career, I practised remotely with communities, which contributed to a broad and grounded understanding of diverse client experiences and perspectives.

I value wellbeing being embedded into everyday life, not just something we focus on in times of difficulty. This belief informs both my professional work and my personal approach to living.

I enjoy working with compassion, empathy and understanding and mutual learning. I work transdiagnostically, drawing on treatment approaches that are applicable across a variety of mental health concerns and are tailored to the individuals needs.

My husband and I have two adult children both currently navigating post graduation, and our Cavalier – all three take us to places new that also embodies enhancing our shared wellbeing.”
