How to Give Feedback or Raise a Concern

If you have feedback about your experience or wish to raise a concern, you may:

  • Speak directly with your treating psychologist (if you feel comfortable), OR

Making a Complaint

If you wish to make a formal complaint, you can do so at any time by contacting us through any of the above channels.

 

We will:

  • Listen to your concerns
  • Seek to understand what happened
  • Discuss options for resolving the issue
  • Provide information about the next steps
  • Support you to access another practitioner if needed

 

Some matters may require a more detailed review. If this occurs, a senior team member will gather more information and contact you to discuss the situation.
