At Neira, clinicians have the structure and support of a close team, with the flexibility that makes private practice appealing. You will have a steady caseload, strong admin support, and access to a healthy referral network, so you are not expected to market yourself or build a caseload from scratch. Our shifts are structured around a maximum of five clients per day, with the freedom to complete admin from home.

We also place a strong value on learning and growth. Clinicians have access to both individual and group supervision, and we make room for professional development opportunities. As a practice, we are especially interested in approaches that support deeper and lasting change, including Schema Therapy and EMDR, with a strong focus on trauma-informed work.

What we are most proud of, though, is our team. Private practice can sometimes feel isolating, so we have designed our days to create real opportunities for connection. Clinicians share the same break, which gives us time to check in, talk through the day, and spend time together.

The culture is warm, supportive, and down to earth. There is room for seriousness, but also for humour, lightness, and the occasional bit of friendly teasing. We celebrate each other’s wins, support each other through difficult weeks, and genuinely enjoy working alongside one another.

The room features white walls, a round mirror, plants, framed certificates, a bookshelf, a window with blinds, and a standing lamp. A colorful rug covers part of the blue carpet.
