Hi, I’m Ashleigh! I’m a Registered Psychologist who believes therapy works best when it feels genuine, comfortable, and human. My approach is warm, relaxed, and grounded in the idea that people do their best work when they feel safe to show up exactly as they are. I don’t take myself too seriously, and I bring a down-to-earth style to our sessions—because growth doesn’t have to feel stiff or formal.
My therapeutic approach combines various evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I see therapy as a collaborative process: I bring my clinical knowledge, and you bring your expertise in being you. Together, we explore challenges, uncover strengths, and work towards meaningful goals at a pace that feels right.
My role is to support, guide, and equip you with tools that empower you long after you leave the room. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or wanting to better understand yourself, I’m here to provide a space that’s warm, supportive, and genuinely helpful.
