Asher Bartulovich

Clinical Psychologist Registrar (he/him)MPsych. (Clinical); BA (Psychology – First Class Honours)

‘Hi, I’m Asher, a clinical psychology registrar and Fremantle local. I have a strong pull toward helping people who feel lost, disconnected, misunderstood, and overwhelmed by the same unhelpful patterns. I value building authentic, warm, secure, and collaborative connections with my clients as we explore and reduce the impacts of prior negative experiences upon their current difficulties. Using specific cognitive-behavioural, exposure, and imagery skills, I aim to help my clients make lasting change, reduce guilt and shame, develop a greater sense of self, build more satisfying connections, and confidently engage in the world.

I have ADHD myself and have worked closely with autistic people for several years. In my work with my neurodivergent people, I provide neuro-affirming therapies which celebrate and build upon their unique strengths and differences, reduce masking, and help to develop greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and practical skills to assist them to thrive.

If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, voice hearing, relationship problems, identity issues, difficulties related to neurodivergence, or you just want someone to talk to, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I promise I’m better at smiling in real life than I am in my profile picture.’

Asher is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia.
