How to Give Feedback or Raise a Concern
If you have feedback about your experience or wish to raise a concern, you may:
- Speak directly with your treating psychologist (if you feel comfortable), OR

We aim to acknowledge your feedback or concern within 5 business days.
Making a Complaint
If you wish to make a formal complaint, you can do so at any time by contacting us through any of the above channels.
We will:
- Listen to your concerns
- Seek to understand what happened
- Discuss options for resolving the issue
- Provide information about the next steps
- Support you to access another practitioner if needed
Some matters may require a more detailed review. If this occurs, a senior team member will gather more information and contact you to discuss the situation.
